The street level ristorante offers Italian inspired cuisine in a comfortable, modern setting. The menu is comprised of local ingredients wherever possible. We are proud to serve an exceptional menu prepared by multiple graduates of the Stratford Chef school, including head chef Yva Santini.

WINE LIST

Pazzo has one of the most extensive wine lists in Stratford. Featuring many of the most interesting wineries from Italy, France, California and the Niagara region of Ontario the list represents the diversity of wine available in the Ontario market. The list changes frequently as we identify new producers, new food and wine pairings and vintage changes in the regions represented.
