The street level ristorante offers Italian inspired cuisine in a comfortable, modern setting. The menu is comprised of local ingredients wherever possible. We are proud to serve an exceptional menu prepared by multiple graduates of the Stratford Chef school, including head chef Yva Santini.

Sean Collins and Yva SantiniWe are excited to have Yva Santini as our new head chef in the ristorante. Yva is a graduate of the Stratford Chefs School and has been our Sous Chef for the last three years as well as being a founding member of The Perth County Slow Food convivium. Yva will bring her passion for local fresh food and her experience growing up in a large extended Italian family to our new menu in the ristorante.
