Sean Collins and Yva SantiniWe are excited to have Yva Santini as our new head chef in the ristorante. Yva is a graduate of the Stratford Chefs School and has been our Sous Chef for the last three years as well as being a founding member of The Perth County Slow Food convivium. Yva will bring her passion for local fresh food and her experience growing up in a large extended Italian family to our new menu in the ristorante.
