Chef Greg KChef Greg Kuepfer was born and raised in Stratford where he began his culinary career at 14 years old. Fast forward through the last twenty years during which time he worked in various restaurants in Stratford, attended chef school and completed his chef training in Niagara’s wine country. This is his second season as chef at Pazzo Pizzeria and we are very excited about his food and the energy he brings to the kitchen.
